WHO IS ROGER HELMET?

Since 2010, Roger Hjälm has been the chef and restaurateur at Katrinelunds Gästgiveri and Sjökrog. After a fast-paced life in the world of extreme sports, he has now combined his love for experiences with his goal of putting Katrinelund on the gastronomic map. He turns ideas into possibilities and if something seems impossible, he's the first to prove it wrong - whether it's serving dinner on a mountain top or on a raft floating above the waters of Lake Hjälmare.
