\nSj\u00f6krogens Fish 'n' Chips\n<\/h2>
\nDeep in the waters of Hj\u00e4lmaren lies a fantastic raw material: the pike-perch. The white fish has a wonderfully mild flavour and is particularly suitable for frying - something that we at Sj\u00f6krogen have taken note of!

Our fish'n'chips on local Hj\u00e4lmarg\u00f6s has become a recurring summer favourite. The tender fish is gently fried until it gets a crispy surface and is of course served with delicious chips.
