Welcome to this year's Christmas table, a complete experience of Christmas at its best. You will be welcomed with crackling fires and the scent of mulled wine before it is time to savour the delicacies of Christmas. On the well-stocked table, flavours of tradition and innovation come together - in everything from the herring and charcuterie to the hot and not least all the greens on offer. Here we cook from scratch using everything that is grown and produced in our neighbourhood - and preferably organic. The final Gottebordet is a story in itself, so remember to save room!
