Food with heart and soul

We are passionate about cooking honest and enjoyable food. Food that tastes good and is good for the soul.

Our philosophy is that food tastes best when it is made from seasonal ingredients, and even better when we know who took care of the animals, grew the vegetables and fished sustainably. The local producers in our neighbourhood are our heroes and inspirations.

Our goal is to highlight these fantastic, certified or organic ingredients so that you as a guest can enjoy them in the best possible way.

Part of our work is to take care of what nature gives us here and now. That's why the Inn's 4-course menu is always changing. For those who are a larger group and want a meal full of surprises, we are happy to create tasting menus on request.

For us, the drink is as important as the food.

It doesn't matter whether you want wine, beer or non-alcoholic alternatives - we always strive to find new and exciting combinations and to match drinks and food in a playful and enjoyable way.

We who work in the dining room work closely with the kitchen to create flavours that challenge and exceed your expectations. Our vision is for you to experience completely new flavour combinations!

Sustainability is in our backbone and we source a lot of drinks - especially beer, spirits and non-alcoholic drinks - from local producers.
