Friskis och Svettis kommer till Katrinelund och kör ett pulsigt och enkelt styrkepass utan redskap till peppig musik.  Alla kan vara med, oavsett ålder eller tidigare träningsvana.  Det är bara att härma och hänga på, gratis!
