Sjökrogen's menu is always based on the Swedish soil. We carefully select the best ingredients - for the sake of flavour, the environment and the future. Therefore, it is also a matter of course for us to use the best the season has to offer. This gives us the creativity to create new and exciting flavours, while contributing to a more sustainable future.

Sjökrogens Fish 'n' Chips

Deep in the waters of Hjälmaren lies a fantastic raw material: the pike-perch. The white fish has a wonderfully mild flavour and is particularly suitable for frying - something that we at Sjökrogen have taken note of!

Our fish'n'chips on local Hjälmargös has become a recurring summer favourite. The tender fish is gently fried until it gets a crispy surface and is of course served with delicious chips.
