A New Year for those looking for a gastronomic experience in a comfortable and relaxing place with loved ones or friends. A golden evening with bubbles at the centre.

New Year's Eve celebrations with an overnight stay begin upon your arrival. Enjoy snacks and a glass of sparkling wine in our cosy library. Then unwind with a nice relaxation of bubbles in the outdoor jacuzzi,
or be enchanted by the sparkling ice of Lake Hjälmar through the window of our wood-fired lake sauna - perhaps with a last dip in the lake for the year?

As the evening approaches, it's time to sit down for appetising snacks followed by a well-composed 4-course New Year's Eve supper. We celebrate the stroke of midnight together with sparkling champagne and three canapés.
We put animals and nature in focus and light wonderfully crackling fires instead of fireworks. The evening ends with a star-filled drink in the bar, or with a walk under a clear night sky before a good night's sleep.

The first day of the year starts with a well-stocked brunch in peace and quiet, before you check out and set off towards a new exciting year filled with energy!

For those who do not wish to stay overnight, you are warmly welcome for only the New Year's Eve dinner as above: This includes 1 glass of bubbly on arrival and canapés and a glass of bubbly at midnight (non-alcoholic option available).
